Junior Skill Development Program
Ready Set Spike! (juniors born 2010 -2014)

Monday 28th April (Grading)
Monday 5th May to 30th June (8 weeks)

Learn the fundamental skills required to play this dynamic game, including the pass (dig), set, spike, serve, and the block. You will learn a new skill every week through high repetition activities, and each week you'll join them together, work with your teammates to create rallies and scoring opportunities, and find your big volleyball voice on the court!

Coaches will grade and divide players into either Level 1 or Level 2 groups. As a rebound sport (single touch, no catching), it's important to develop great technique and control as you master all of the fundamental skills. Then you can accelerate these skills into gameplay and tactical decision making, on your way to being a skilled competitor!

Active Kids Vouchers can be redeemed for participating in this program.
